Dear member,
We kindly ask you to register to attend the General Meeting of the Society for Petroleum Data Managers. The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting from 13:00 to 14:00 UK time on Thursday 14th May 2020.
Last date for registration is Saturday May 9th. A link to the virtual meeting will be emailed to all registered attendees once registration has closed.

1. Welcome, Registration of Attendees, Safety and Competition Law Reminder
2. Election of Minute Taker and Co-signer of the Minutes
3. Annual Report 2019 & 2020 Budget
3.1 Vote to approve the 2020 Budget
4. Election to the Board
4.1 Vote to defer elections until a later EGM
5. Financial Report 2020 and election of Auditors
5.1 Vote to approve right to appoint Auditors
6. 2020 Lookahead
7. Any Other Agreed Business and Meeting Close
